It's in excellent condition, labeled "Rosecrest Boston New York", feels like a linen blend. The skirt measures Waist 24 inches, Hip 36 inches, Length 29 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 33 1/2" Waist 21 1/2" Hips 34". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
